the Latin text presumably preceded the Greek on this face.
Face b is damaged along the sides; a cross appears to have been cut over the middle of line 1.

(a): [Nero Claudius, son of deified Claudius, grandson of] Ge[rmanicus Caesar, great grandson of Tiberius] Caesar Augustus and of deified Augustus, Caesar Augustus Germanicus, high priest (i.e. pontifex maximus), holding tribunician power [acclaimed imperator, consul]; (b) by the action of Loukios Akilios Strabon (i.e. Lucius Acilius Strabo), his personal envoy, he restored to the Roman People the boundaries (i.e. of the estates) which had been occupied by private persons.
