Description: Rock-cut tomb inscribed on the façade, with T.495, T.496, T.497, T.498, T.499, T.500, T.501, T.502, T.503, T.504, T.505, T.506, T.507, T.508, T.509, T.510, T.511, T.512, T.513, T.514, T.515; there are also a number of illegible panels.
Text: Inscribed within a rectangular panel (w: 0.31 x h: 0.40) to the right of T.500.
Letters: 0.05; lunate sigma, cursive omega, L for ἔτους, ἐτῶν.

Date: First century CE

Findspot: Taucheira: Quarry East XV, South wall. First recorded in 1825.
