Description: Limestone block broken above and at both sides (w: 0.24 x h: 0.24 x d: 0.17).
Text: Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (w: 0.15 x h: 0.09).
Letters: 0.02-0.025; lunate sigma, lunate epsilon, cursive omega; very rough.

Date: ?36-37 CE

Findspot: Cyrene: Found before 1941, findspot unrecorded.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum.

Commentary

Line 3 appears to give the age; but Morelli may be right to suggest that a figure for the age could be lost at the end of line 2. If this is right, then in line 3 L is for ἔτους, 'the year 67', = CE 36-7.
