Text: Inscribed above P.262, in a sunk rectangular panel (w: 0.52 x h: 0.39)
Letters: 0.035; lunate epsilon and sigma, cursive omega; superscript bar above the abbreviated praenomen; much rougher than those of P.262.

Date: Second century CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: Quarry I.c, north wall; first recorded in 1825.
