[Emperor Cae]sar Titus Aelius Hadrianus [Antoninus] Augustus, son of deified [Trajan Hadrian], grandson of deified Trajan, [great-grandson] of deified [Nerva, sustainer?] and saviour and benefactor: [the city of the Cyrenaeans (scil. honoured him)] when Quintus Julius Poteitus was the proconsul.
