Description: Rock-cut tomb in part still buried, inscribed on the façade with T.613, T.614, and T.615.
Text: Inscribed within a gable-headed panel (w: 0.33 x h: 0.51), which is damaged
Letters: 0.035, L for ἐτῶν with a superscript bar.

Date: First century BCE to second century CE

Findspot: Taucheira: Found in Quarry East XV, North Wall. Probably first recorded in 1825.
