Description: A sandstone block, w: 0.28 x h: 0.15 x d: 0.12.
Text: Inscribed on two faces. On face i the monogram brackets the surviving line and one of whidh there are slight traces below.
Letters: 0.03.

Date: First century BCE to first century A.D

Findspot: Ptolemais: re-used in the West Church; probably found in 1935.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum.
