Description: Rock-cut tomb.
Text: Inscribed on the façade above the door (no panel); in lines 2 and 3 the cutter has had to avoid holes in the stone.
Letters: Line 1, 0.155; line 2, 0.11; line 3, 0.10; cursive omega; superscript bar above the abbreviated praenomen.

Date: Second century CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: Quarry II.i, south wall; found in 1825.
