Description: Rock-cut tomb.
Text: Inscribed on the façade, to the right of the door within a tabella ansata outlined by incised line (w: 0.835 x h: 0.425).
Letters: First-second century, clear and well cut: 0.045 – 0.05; L for ἔτους, ἐτῶν; square sigma for digamma; superscript bar above the numerals.

Date: First to second centuries CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: Quarry II.i, south wall; found in 1825.

Year 6, Hathyr 25, Klaudis (i.e. Claudios) Achillas ended his life, aged 24 years, 2 months and 5 days.
