Text: Inscribed on one face within an incised panel (w: 0.15 x h: 0.195).
Letters: Lines 1,2, 0.002; lines 3 ff., 0.015.

Date: First century A.D

Findspot: Gebel Akhdar: West of Cyrene: Gsar Shoumia, 10km north-west of Cyrene; found in 1953.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum.
