Emperor Caesar ? ] son of the deified [? . . . Chief] Priest [holding tribunician power for the ? time, consul] for the third time, [. . . ? gave . . . with] the statue. [ The consecration was made by ? the most excellent] proconsul.
Commentary
The emperor is presented in the nominative, as being responsible for a benefaction of some kind.
