Description: Fragment (w: 0.24 x h: 0.36 x d: 0.115) probably from the right side of a marble stele. C.403, C.404 and C.405 may be from the same stele.
Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Second-third century; 0.02; lunate epsilon, lunate sigma; rather irregular; there may have been a leaf at the end of line 3.

Date: Second to third century CE

Findspot: Cyrene: Sanctuary of Apollo; photographed in 1926 as from the Sanctuary.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum.
