Text: Inscribed in a rectangular panel.
Letters: Pacho's drawing gives the impression of two different hands.

Date: First century A.D

Findspot: Ptolemais: Said in 1930 to have been to the right of the door, high up on the external wall, of the Mausoleum at en-Ugheirat, which should be the Hellenistic Mausoleum in Quarry III; first recorded in 1825.
