which implies a populous ancient settlement; found before 1941.

Commentary
Line 1: Mecheir 20 = February 14. Oliverio suggested an Actian date, 12/11 BCE, or a regnal year of Tiberius (so 24 AD); dating to a second century emperor is not supported by the lettering.
Line 3: The name may be Nemenis
