Date: 305-306 CE

Findspot: Gebel Akhdar: West of Cyrene: on the south verge of modern road, approx. 1 km. W of Sidi Rafa mosque; found with M.162 and M.163, in 1960.
Original location: Cyrene-Ptolemais road, Mile XI.

Line 6: Constantine and Maximian were Augusti with Severus and Maximinus as Caesars between May 305 and July 306.
