Text: Incised very roughly on the architrave.
Letters: Very irregular: 0.05 - 0.015; lunate epsilon, lunate sigma.

Findspot: Cyrene: Findspot unrecorded. Found before 1941.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum.
