Letters: ll. 1-3, 0.07; line 4, 0.06; square sigma, cursive omega.

Date: Fourth century CE

Findspot: Cyrene: House of Hesychios: on the floor of the West corridor. Found in 1945, but the house had been partly uncovered in 1934.
