Commentary

Probably Pausanias, adopted son of Philiskos, natural son of Euphanes, eponymous priest in CE 2, see GVCyr 27, line 1. The inscription could be restored on the following lines:[Παυσά]νιας [Φιλισκοῦ] / [φύσ]ει δὲ [Εὐφάνευς] / / [ἀνέστ]ησ[εν]. Line 3 might then contain the descriptor of something dedicated.
