Commentary

Almost certainly from a running record of eponymous priests of Apollo.

The date is 90+ of the Actian Era, between CE 59 and CE 69. In 59 and 60 the priest was Φιλισκοῦ υἱός in 61 the priest was Φιλώνος υἱός, in 68 the priest son of M. Antonius Φλάμμα. The priest for 63 is unknown.
