Commentary
Line 1: we see no other way of explaining the letters ΤΙ, than as a reference to the emperor.
Line 2: The enigmatic ΗΟ should express 'tomb', followed by the genitives of two brothers who apparently died on the same day.
The names are apparently Jewish.
