Description: Block of limestone, roughly square with two corners hollowed out (w: 0.10 x h: 0.10 x d: 0.10).
Text: Inscribed in both hollowed areas; ii is in a reverse plane to i, written at 90 degrees.
Letters: Probably first century CE: 0.005 - 0.01; lunate epsilon, cursive mu; in i. 3 final epsilon reversed.

Date: Perhaps CE 14/15

Findspot: Ptolemais: original findspot unrecorded; found in 1941.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum.
