Text: Inscribed on the façade within two gabled panels outlined in relief, each containing a rosette in relief in the gable. The texts are obscured by whitewash.
Letters: Too high to measure; L for ἔτους, ἐτῶν; ii. square sigma for digamma

Date: First - third century CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: Quarry I.b.i, west wall; first recorded in 1825.
