Description: Three broken pieces from one or more sandstone blocks in very poor condition, b with a flat upper moulding which may once have been present also on a and c (a: w: 0.46 x h: 0.57, b: w: 0.38 x h: 0.57, c: w: 0.48 x h: 0.57 - depth not measurable).
Text: Inscribed on exposed faces.
Letters: Fine capitals, probably first century CE : 0.36

Findspot: Ptolemais: in the west wall of the large reservoir, north-east of the Square of the Cisterns.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Findspot, reused side by side in the wall.
