Description: Rock-cut tomb, still largely buried.
Text: Inscribed on the lintel which is in damaged condition.
Letters: Not measured. Lunate epsilon, lunate sigma, square omicron.

Date: First - third century CE

Findspot: Cyrene: West Necropolis, in one of the quarries just west of the modern village; found in 1974.
