Description: Left side of low base of medium-grained white marble (w: 0.145 x h: 0.035 x d: 0.115). Damaged along all edges, with a roughly oval depression on the top for the base of the dedication.
Text: Inscribed on the face.
Letters: 0.015.

It seems probable that the base carried a statue of a man (Eutyches, Eutychios, Eutychianos) or woman (Eutyche, Eutychiana), perhaps the woman of C.465.
