Description: Fragment of a limestone block broken above, below and at the left end, but possibly complete at the right (w: 0.87 x h: 0.26 x d: 0.43).
Text: Inscribed on one exposed face. The letters are very like those of C.44.a, but much more closely spaced.
Letters: Second century; truncated above: 0.20

Commentary

The black was probably been re-used in the Byzantine city wall.
