Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Distinctive Greek capitals. Probably second century CE 0.12.

Date: Probably second century CE

Findspot: Berenike: Sidi Khrebish, Church; found fallen from a very late bastion (Byzantine or Arab) built against the church, in which it had been re-used.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Benghazi Museum.
