Text: Apparently inscribed to the right of T.696,
to the left of T.698. The cutter had to avoid faults in the stone.
Letters: No measurements. Lunate omega; lunate sigma in l.7; L, with a dot, for ἔτους/ἐτῶν.

Line 2: The name may be Jewish.
Line 4: Another possible reading might be (ἐτῶν) ιβ΄, aged 12, followed by [Φ]αωφὶ ι΄, Ἀντώνιος Πτολεμαίο[υ].
