Description: Rock-cut tomb inscribed on the façade, with T.495, T.496, T.497, T.498, T.499, T.500, T.501, T.502, T.503, T.504, T.505, T.506, T.507, T.508, T.509, T.510, T.511, T.512, T.513, T.514, T.515; there are also a number of illegible panels.
Text: Inscribed within a gabled panel (w: 0.37 x h: 0.31?) outlined by an incised line, the surface badly worn and completely lost at left side. To the right of the door below T.506.
Letters: 0.02; lunate sigma, L for ἐτῶν.

Date: First century CE
