Commentary
The size of the letters indicates a monumental text, probably containing parts of an imperial title. If this block also comes from the title (rather than from a description of a building or the name of the dedicating official) it suggests censor (since imperator is normally abbreviated) and should refer to Claudius, Vespasian or Domitian, see also .
