According to the appearance of (scil. the) God, in the time of the eponymous priest Antonius Hagnos the young(er)
Commentary
There may once have been a crowning feature above the plain blocks inscribed with the names of the deity and the donor. Robert pointed out that appearances are frequently by the civic divinity (Études Anatoliennes) 460-1, so this is might very probably be Apollo.
Line 2: For this formula accompanying a dedication cf. SEG 41.1245, from Baghlu in Pisidia, available at PHI 282557 f; the deity had presumably appeared to the donor in a dream.
Line 3: The eponymous was priest of Apollo as in all the Cyrenaican cities.
Lines 3/4: The ligatured ΟΥ form which appears twice here is paralleled at Tolmeita, in P.72, P.74 of Severan date
