Commentary
l. 1: probably a consular date, and, if so, the last abbreviation should be restored as co(n)s(ulibus). Kraeling suggested that it was a secondary inscription, but its "actuarial" style would be explicable if the whole text were transcribed from a formal document with a date at its head.
lines 2-4: the use of adhibeo suggests that these lines are from the preamble to a decision taken by the proconsul in the presence of his consilium, cf. CIL V, 5050, 17, adhibitis procuratoribus meis, CIL IX, 5420, 13 adhibitis utriusque ordinis splendidis uiris, CIL XI, 6337, 7 adhibitis in consilium.
