Description: Three limestone architrave blocks.
Text: Inscribed on the face; a relief of a palm branch is visible on the underside of stone c.
Letters: Probably second - third century: diamond omicron, square sigma, cursive omega.

Date: Second - third century

Findspot: Ptolemais: in a collection of blocks just South of the West Church, probably taken out of the Church during excavation; first recorded in 1969.
Original location: Probably the West Church.
Last recorded location: Findspot.
