Description: Sandstone block (w: 1.523 x h: 0.482 x d: 0.394).
Text: Inscribed on two faces: a. On a carefully prepared face with traces of moulding above; a large chip at the upper left corner; remains of plaster, probably modern, all over. b. On a rough surface, broken away to the left.
Letters: a. Probably second century: line 1, 0.10; line 2, 0.08; lunate epsilon, lunate sigma. b. Probably second century: 0.18, rather irregular.

Date: Probably second century CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: found in 1960, modern village, re-used in an Italian house to the north of the village.
Original location: Unknown
Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum.
