Description: Fragment of limestone moulded above (w: 0.33 x h: 0.34 x d: 0.18).
Text: Inscribed on one face of a limestone fragment, which has been damaged since it was first published.
Letters: Second century: 0.09; lunte sigma; horizontal bar above the numerals.

Date: Second century CE

Findspot: Ptolemais: East area, near the former Ufficio Politico; found in 1915.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum.

Apparatus

2: [ἐτε]λετεύσεν ιθ΄ Ghislanzoni, 1915 so Oliverio; the stone has since been damaged, but it seems not impossible that the line should have read: ἐτε]λεύτησεν L θ΄, died aged 9.
