Description: Brown limestone stele, slightly concave above (w: 0.41 x h: 0.39 x d: 0.12).
Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Probably first century CE; 0.025; lunate sigma, cursive omega; L for ἔτους, ἐτῶν.

Date: First century CE

Findspot: Gebel Akhdar: West of Cyrene: Eshavo, south of Farzuga; found in 1968, with M.93.

Commentary

Line 1: the name suggests a Jew, but the patronymic is native.

Line 2-3: Assuming the normal order, the month and day seem to have been added as an afterthought.
