For the deified Augusti, Isokrates (scil. son) of Klearchos, serving as priest.
Commentary
The plural in line 1 should indicate a date after the deification of Livia in CE 41 - and for an early reaction to this cf. IRT 273, a dedication made Dis Augustis at Lepcis Magna between 41 and 43; but it had been anticipated long before, cf. MAMA IV, 143 (available at PHI 269574) from Apollonia in Galatia, [τοὺς κοινοὺς] καὶ ἰδίους Θεοὺς Σεβαστοὺς καὶ τοὺς παιδὰς αὐτῶν, probably of CE 14-19 since the children are Germanicus, Tiberius Caesar and probably Drusus.
Line 3: in view of the dedication, it is unlikely that he is to be identified with the Isokrates son of Klearchos, eponymous priest of Apollo in CE 3-4, see C.145, line 2, unless he held office for a second time a few years later.
