Text: Inscribed on one face.
Letters: Second-third century; 0.04; square sigma, cursive omega; a schematic wreath with pendant ribbons concludes the text.

Date: Second to third century CE

Findspot: Cyrene: Temple of Artemis; photographed in 1925.
Original location: Unknown.
Last recorded location: Temple of Artemis: standing at the south-eastern angle of the 'Myrtle Bower'.
