Description:
Rock-cut tomb.
Text: Inscribed on the façade above the door within a rock-cut lintel (w:
1.36 x h:
0.26) which is damaged at the lower edge;
the space available was insufficient for the text and the smoothed area has been extended at the right end.
There is a marked contrast between the competence of the mason who carved the lintel and that of the man who adapted it for
the text and cut the inelegant letters
Letters: l. 1, 0.07; lines 2, 4, 0.06; line 3, 0.04; lunate epsilon, lunate sigma, cursive omega; L for ἔτους; square sigma for digamma;
superscript bar above the first of each pair of figures in line 1. In line 3 there may have been a bar above κ but the surface
is lost here.
